Telehealth Services – All Ages
Life doesn’t always follow a clear path, and sometimes we carry stories that feel too heavy to hold alone. As a trauma-informed therapist-in-training, I’m here to create a space where your voice matters and your experiences are honored. I work with clients of all ages, helping them navigate grief, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and care.
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling, and my work is supervised by licensed professionals. My approach blends narrative therapy with creative, client-centered methods, empowering you to explore your story, reclaim your strengths, and move toward healing at your own pace. Whether you're facing recent loss or unpacking old wounds, I’ll walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
I offer telehealth sessions only, making support accessible and flexible for individuals and families seeking care from the comfort of their own space.
If you're looking for a therapist who will listen without judgment and help you reconnect with hope, I invite you to reach out. Healing is possible—and your story matters.
